Our sites are in prime locations in urban and suburban centers in the Greater Toronto Area, adjacent to major highways and thoroughfares, and near existing and upcoming residential subdivisions. We work with renowned brands and anchor tenants such as Marriott Fairfield, Esso (ExxonMobil) Petroleum, McDonald's, RBI (Tim Hortons), and Sobeys food retailer. We have a comprehensive and well-developed value-add process. We buy sites based on market feasibility studies and specific criteria, such as location, speculated future asset and land values, demographics, market saturation, and detailed cost analyses. During the site plan approval stage, we engage planners and consultants for site studies, and we interact closely with the municipality and our preferred brands to guide and optimize the site plan for maximum value and density. Finally, we draw on our extensive construction experience and our network of specialty trades to deliver a finished site. We maintain excellent long-term relationships with trusted brokers, banks and lenders, lawyers, accountants, consultants, and other associates.
