R-CHAD General Contracting Inc., which comes under the Group, engages in general contracting and design-build construction, exclusively for public-sector clients across all levels of Canadian government, such as cities (primarily the City of Toronto), regions and municipalities, the Province of Ontario, the federal Government of Canada, the Defence Canada military, Crown corporations, law enforcement agencies, arts and recreation institutions, transportation and transit authorities, public and private schools, hospital and health care facilities, heritage construction, and more, all over the province of Ontario.

We are a fully licensed construction contractor with nearly two decades of experience in successfully completing close to 200 projects. We have worked on many high-value projects with intricate building design, complex coordination requirements, tight schedules, and within budgets. We are insured for commercial liability and WSIB workers' compensation. We are bonded by surety for over $100 million on the strength of our loyalty and unparalleled performance in the industry. We are federally security-cleared to perform Protected A & B contracts with the Canadian federal government and military, and we are also cleared to work with multiple law enforcement agencies. Through our commitment to health and safety, we maintain an impeccable record of zero health and safety infractions. While we subcontract to our trusted network of specialty trades, we have a dedicated team of in-house project managers, site supervisors, and estimators.
