R-CHAD's humble beginnings date back two decades ago at the turn of the millennium when the Group's founder, Mr. Raman Chaudhari, a recent Canadian immigrant with few financial resources but great ambition and dreams, dedicated all his savings to establish a construction firm with a focus on professional public-sector clients. Within a decade, through endless toil, sacrifice and aim, he secured many key construction contracts and grew the company's annual revenues into the multi-millions. In the early 2010s, leveraging his construction experience and expertise, Raman diversified into commercial real estate development, which proved to be immensely strategic. Just some years later, the company truly became a family business when the second generation, his two sons Kush and Lav, joined onboard and came to manage and oversee all aspects of the business. Under their collective aegis, the development company's worth transformed ten-fold to $40 million in the span of a few years. Presently, they have multiple on-going and completed commercial real estate developments. Continuing this tremendous success, Kush is leading R-CHAD's next phase of diversification into real estate development in the USA.

Kush oversees and manages all day-to-day aspects of the business, including project management, client relations, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and administration and staffing.
Presently, Kush oversees $20 million in development and construction. He is appreciated by clients and associates for his easy rapport. His work is guided by a principled approach.
Kush graduated from McGill University in Montréal, Canada.
Lav Chaudhary
Principal
Lav initially gained experience in construction and development through summer employment and university co-op terms. His civil engineering degree provided him with the discipline and skills to thrive in increasing positions of responsibility.
Lav manages $10 million in projects. Lav is known for his energy, ambition, perseverance, and unabating enthusiasm. He also independently founded and operates a successful construction firm for military contracts.
Lav graduated from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Canada.
